Click & Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for online orders. This service is free of charge, and pick up is available at 140 Rocky Point Rd Kogarah NSW, Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

When will my order be ready to collect?

You will be notified by email and/or SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please have your order invoice ready to show (either digitally or a printed copy) and a member of our customer service team will be able to assist you with your order collection.

Please note that we process orders for collection generally within 10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing instances where Manchester Warehouse is awaiting supplier deliveries or stock is in short supply.

Where do I collect my order from?

Collection will be available from 140 Rocky Point Rd Kogarah NSW Monday-Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please park in the shared car park at this location, and follow the relevant signage directing you to our Decorator Showroom pickup point. Below is a visual + written guide you can follow.

Directions:
Once you arrive at our car park, enter through the doorway underneath the dome-striped awning and follow the stairs up to the 1^st floor. If you need to, please contact us on 1300 722 941, otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at your earliest convenience.

1. Park in our car park at 140 Rocky Point Rd Kogarah NSW.

2. Identify our new main entrance.

3. Follow the green mural up our staircase.

4. Ring our doorbell and wait for our staff to greet you!
